Job Description:
The Account Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (AC/CSR) will be responsible for new business development, sales and marketing efforts and customer service. The primary job function will be to grow and retain InTopic’s base of website publishers for its ad network. The AC/CSR will make cold calls, maintain a personal account base, marketing research and online marketing efforts such as blogging. The customer service aspects of the position will include answering phones and responding to customers. The position may also include other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned. This position will include a salary as well as commission incentives for keeping publishers in our network.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital media inside sales and customer service and/or a related degree
- Good customer service skills and high level of enthusiasm
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of internet marketing, advertising and social media
